The Hub for Hire
Hiring The Hub
The Hub can be hired to create your own event, with a licensed bar, fully equipped kitchen, catering service and parking. Capacity is 60 seated for concerts, 40 for meals and 80 standing.
The building is fully accessible and there is free WiFi connection.
Hire Charges
Meetings: £6 per hour
Events: £9 per hour
Use of Bechstein grand piano add £4 per hour
Kitchen Only: £20 per day
Charges are inclusive of heating, hot water and electricity
Kitchen Facilities
The small kitchen has hot drinks provision, a sink and glass washing
machine.
Leading to the main kitchen with 6 ring induction range, large hot cupboard, 6ft larder fridge, freezers, salamander, electric griddle, toaster, slow cookers, and commercial dishwasher.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware for fifty people.
Outside Space
There is a charming enclosed garden at the side of the Hub, with tables and chairs; at the rear, a larger area can house a large marquee with barbeque area and further seating.
